Pulmonary
embolism

long
COVID

weeks
since

syndrome

nine

were
included

The
outbreak
of
Coronavirus
Disease
2019
(COVID-19)
has
prompted
the
scientific
community
to
explore
potential
treatments

vaccines
against
severe
acute
respiratory
syndrome
coronavirus
2
(SARS-CoV-2),
virus
that
causes
illness.
While
SARS-CoV-2
is
mostly
considered
a
pathogen,
several
neurological
complications
have
been
reported,
raising
questions
about
how
it
may
enter
Central
Nervous
System
(CNS).
Receptors
such
as
ACE2,
CD147,
TMPRSS2,
and
NRP1
identified
in
brain
cells
be
involved
facilitating
entry
into
CNS.
Moreover,
proteins
like
P2X7
Panx-1
contribute
pathogenesis
COVID-19.
Additionally,
role
immune
system
gravity
COVID-19
investigated
with
respect
both
innate
adaptive
responses
caused
by
infection,
which
can
lead
cytokine
storm,
tissue
damage,
manifestations.
A
redox
imbalance

stroke
(AIS)
