ABSTRACT
Objective:
This
research
aims
to
undergo
a
juridical
analysis
of
the
stipulations
for
adoption
refugee
children
from
perspective
international
law.
Methodology:

This
chapter
examines

causes

consequences
of
segregation
diversity
in
metropolitan
Detroit.

city
is
at

percent
African-American,

suburbs
are

White.

years,

suburban,
disparities
have

between

suburbs,
