In February 2022 the Russian federation started a new invasion of Ukraine as an escalation ongoing war since 2014. After nine years and COVID-19 pandemic, mental health state Ukrainians requires systematic monitoring relevant action. The aim present study was to investigate among assessing levels stress, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) prevalence in not displaced persons (NDPs), internally (IDPs), refugees abroad.This designed online survey arranged 9-12 months after start includes sociodemographic data collection, evaluation intensity by Perceived Stress Scale (PSS-10), anxiety with General Anxiety Disorder (GAD-7), symptoms PTSD Check List (PCL-5).The sample size 3173 consisted 1954 (61.6%) respondents that were 505 (15.9%) within 714 (22.5%) left Ukraine. Little is known about the prevalence and associations between war-related variables among Ukrainians during Russian invasion. The present study assesses exposure to war (EW), nightmares of (NW), insomnia, post-traumatic stress disorder (WPTSD) university students from Ukraine.During war, an online cross-sectional was performed (N = 1072) western Ukraine. Background There is much discussion in the literature about link between traumatic events related to war and mental illness. However, comparison, health has been more researched than protective factors such as coping methods, which are primary build resilience these circumstances. This review examines psychological environmental elements that influence of Ukrainian refugees IDPs by analyzing strategies risk factors. Methods A search was conducted on PsycINFO, Pubmed, Scopus, Science Direct, with 259 articles screened 13 determined eligible for inclusion. Inclusion criteria were: (1) studies adult and/or IDPs; (2) original, peer-reviewed studies; (3) written English or Italian language. Single-case reports qualitative were excluded, well those any other language, full-text version could not be obtained (i.e., conference abstracts). Two reviewers independently reviewed titles abstracts, relevant articles’ full text, extracted data. Russia's invasion of Ukraine is the largest European land offensive since World War II. Individuals affected by conflicts such as war are at an increased risk mental disorders, which result from frequent exposure to traumatic events and breakdown supportive social networks. The aim study was assess prevalence determinants PTSD, anxiety, depression in Ukrainian civilian physicians paramedics six months after Russian Ukraine. A cross-sectional conducted using validated questionnaires: Life Events Checklist, PTSD Checklist for DSM-5, International Trauma Questionnaire (ICD-11), Generalized Anxiety Disorder–7, Patient Health Questionnaire-9, Organization Disability Assessment Schedule 2.0. showed that 61.1% participants indicated combat or a zone most bothersome event their experience. Physicians did not differ according DSM-5 diagnostic rule (criteria met 14.5% 9% participants, respectively).
