Abstract
This
chapter
presents
the
history,
cultural
background,
mental
health
challenges,
and
experiences
of
racial
discrimination
among
Korean
Americans.
Among
various
Asian
groups
in
United
States,
American
comprise
fifth
largest
subgroup.
Americans
are
likely
to
have
higher
educational
attainment
socioeconomic
status
than
general
US
population

immigrant
groups.

often

monolingual,
