Abstract
Cyberbullying
is
a
major
public
health
problem
among
adolescents
worldwide.
Research
shows
that
there
link
between
cyberbullying
and
mental
problems.
Adolescent
victims
of
suffer
from
diverse
negative
effects
such
as
stress,
anxiety,
depression,
poor
self-esteem,
isolation,
suicidal
ideation.
Schools
have
attempted
to
address
this
by
introducing
measures,
including
raising
awareness
adolescents,
launching
Internet
safety
campaigns,
enacting
regulations
stop
cyberbullying.
However,
salient
not
been
reported
date.

In
this
review,
we
examine
the
impact
of
media
and
self-compassion
on
mental
well-being
Nigerian
youth,
particularly
in
suicide
prevention
promoting
positive
health
outcomes.
Nigeria
faces
socioeconomic
challenges
contributing
to
poor
high
rates
among
young
people.
Despite
this,
influence
interventions
remains
largely
unexplored.
The
research
questions
centred
how
exposure
enhances
awareness
resilience
building,
as

Seven
studies
employing
various
methodologies

surveys,
experimental
designs
were
identified
from

databases

6.8%).
The
exhibit
significant
differences
self-efficacy,
intention,
grade
point
average
(GPA),
psychological
wellbeing.
AUT-Learn
showed
higher
self-efficacy
than
EXT-Bal
EXT-Task,
GPA
EXT-Task.
Additionally,
participants
reported
lower
intention
wellbeing
compared
while
better
predictive
validity
practical
implications
this
classification
warrant
further
investigation
dedicated
longitudinal
studies.

Background
Non-suicidal
self-injury
(NSSI)
is

Introduction

examine
the
self-compassion
of
dental
hygiene
students
in
Japan
and
correlation
between
their
uneasiness
about
professional
future.This
