Despite decades of advancement to support interventions for managing work-related stress, mental health issues have significantly escalated among healthcare professionals. Effort-reward imbalance (ERI) and overcommitment in the workplace are linked several psychiatric disorders. However, underlying biological mechanisms remain unclear. This study investigated whether ERI professionals were Allostatic Load (AL) AL mediates relationship between ERI, issues. One hundred forty-two nursing workers (n = 142; 90.1 % female, mean age: 39.5 ± 9.6) randomly recruited from a university hospital Sao Paulo, Brazil, applied scale that assesses work effort, reward, overcommitment. The Perceived Stress Scale (PSS), Beck Depression Inventory (BDI), Self-Report Questionnaire symptoms (SRQ-20) evaluated outcomes. Ten neuroendocrine, metabolic, immunologic cardiovascular biomarkers analyzed, values transformed into an index using clinical reference cutoffs. Linear regression adjusted covariates showed higher scores associated with indexes, which turn SRQ-20, but not PSS DBI scores. As expected, lower PSS, DBI, index. Abstract Aim In recent years, the mental health requirements of healthcare professionals have drawn attention as a significant public issue and danger to provision high-quality care. Healthcare workers are subjected multiple stressors at work, which may negatively affect their physical, mental, emotional health. This study aims assess prevalence depression fatigue among Egyptian (HCWs) factors associated with fatigue. Subject methods cross-sectional survey used Google Form build online questionnaires, including sociodemographic data, 10-question assessment scale, scale (PHQ-9 questionnaire). The was conducted post-COVID-19 from November 28, 2022, January 2023. Results involved 1511 HCWs mean age 37.4±7.7 years (range 26-71 years); 73% were female. Physicians constituted 77.8% participants. Mild found in 26.1% participants, 26.8% reported moderate, 43.1% had severe depressive symptoms. Fatigue symptoms encountered 88.7%. independent affecting female gender, single, living rural area, having chronic disease, working > 8 h/day, being hospital worker, studying for postgraduate degrees. (1) Background: although much research has highlighted the mental health challenges faced by patients in hospital isolation during COVID-19 pandemic, data from low–middle-income countries, including Morocco, are lacking. The main objective of this study was to assess psychological distress undergoing enforced initial phase pandemic Morocco. Background Since its outbreak, the COVID-19 pandemic has taken a heavy toll on public, particularly among healthcare workers, causing excessive mortality and health problems. The present study seeks to determine anxiety caused by impact nurses' self-efficacy as well their general in Shahroud University of Medical Sciences affiliated hospitals. Methods Materials This is cross-sectional conducted 2023. Our sample consists 133 nurses working hospitals with Sciences. A questionnaire was used measure Covid-19 health. collected data were then analyzed using Chi-square tests, Pearson's correlation coefficient, logistic regression at 5 percent significance level. Aim: This study aimed to assess the psychological distress, specifically anxiety and depression, among nurses employed at University Hospital Center of Rabat in Morocco tested associations between support workplace nurses’ well-being. Healthcare worker burnout has serious implications for patient care and healthcare systems. This study examines stress among professionals in Sidi Slimane, Morocco, focusing on the impact of hospital work environment. Using a mixed-methods approach combining Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI), perceived Stress Scale (PSS), in-depth interviews, we assessed 78 between December 2017 February 2018. The results show that 8.97% caregivers are pathological state burnout, with significant correlations dimensions. Recent studies indicate increasing rates Moroccan settings.
