Despite
decades
of
advancement
to
support
interventions
for
managing
work-related
stress,
mental
health
issues
have
significantly
escalated
among
healthcare
professionals.
Effort-reward
imbalance
(ERI)
and
overcommitment
in
the
workplace
are
linked
several
psychiatric
disorders.
However,
underlying
biological
mechanisms
remain
unclear.
This
study
investigated
whether
ERI
professionals
were
Allostatic
Load
(AL)

mediates
relationship
between
ERI,

Abstract
Aim
In
recent
years,
the
mental
health
requirements
of
healthcare
professionals
have
drawn
attention
as
a
significant
public
issue
and
danger
to
provision
high-quality
care.
Healthcare
workers
are
subjected
multiple
stressors
at
work,
which
may
negatively
affect
their
physical,
mental,
emotional
health.
This
study
aims
assess
prevalence
depression
fatigue
among
Egyptian
(HCWs)
factors
associated
with
fatigue.
Subject
methods
cross-sectional
survey
used

questionnaires,
including
sociodemographic

Background:

Background
Since
its

the
COVID-19
pandemic
has

on

mortality

health

study
seeks

anxiety
caused
by

nurses'
self-efficacy
as
well
their
general
in
Shahroud
University
of
Medical
Sciences
affiliated
hospitals.
Methods
Materials

Healthcare
worker
burnout
has
serious
implications
for
patient
care
and
healthcare
systems.
This
study
examines
stress
among
professionals
in
Sidi
Slimane,
Morocco,
focusing
on
the
impact
of
hospital
work
environment.
Using
a
mixed-methods
approach
combining
Maslach
Burnout
Inventory
(MBI),
perceived
Stress
Scale
(PSS),
in-depth
interviews,
we
assessed
78
between
December
2017
February
2018.
The
results
show
that
8.97%
caregivers
are
pathological
state
burnout,
with
significant
correlations
dimensions.
