This qualitative interview-based study draws on the reported experiences of students and teachers to explore how agency entrainment resource constrain each other in joint music-making. The participants were 23 Grades 6 11 music from different primary schools. content analysis student pair interviews one-to-one teacher indicated that music-related interpersonal intertwine with dimensions agency. Group identification is a key process in the development of an individual’s social identity. This study examined whether student-perceived interactions university ensembles could shape their group identification. The sample included 517 students from 7 2 universities China. Student-perceived teacher–student relationships, peer cooperation, and equity were measured by revised College University Classroom Environment Inventory. Students’ was questionnaire for with art-based groups.
