Purpose Young graduates in Morocco are encountering an increasingly challenging labor market environment. Confronted with intense competition, job insecurity, and unclear career trajectories, many find themselves low-skilled positions despite possessing relevant qualifications. This issue is particularly pronounced among vocational training graduates, who experience professional downgrading at a rate three times higher (33.6%) compared to their peers from general education (11.6%) (HCP, 2018). Our study aims investigate young Morocco, focusing on the factors contributing this phenomenon identifying potential solutions address it. In the absence of regulatory oversight, private sector recruitment often relies on signaling theory to attract top graduates work in public roles. The debate over whether should adopt or adhere regulated frameworks is ongoing. This study adds discourse education and training mismatches service. Utilizing a quantitative approach encompassing descriptive analysis multinomial logistic regression, Bangladesh Public Service Commission (BPSC) Administration Training Centre (BPATC) annual report data was investigated. finds significantly higher proportion science administrative positions compared those with administration degrees. Business and management education must consider a constantly evolving, dynamic unpredictable global economy. Therefore, Higher Education Institutions (HEIs), such as Schools (BSs), train graduates future leaders, equipping them with the skills needed to confront complexity of economy world. For this purpose, HEIs adopt innovative approaches that support creativity, critical thinking, adaptability.
