This
study
aimed

clarify
the
subgroups
of
career
calling
among
Chinese
nurses,
explore
factors
correlated
with
subgroups,

relationship
between
nurse
safety
behavior

emergency
departments,
nurses

prone
experiencing
compassion
fatigue
(CF),

burnout

Z

Z)

personality
traits

generations,

their
experiences

inform
future
management
strategies.

qualitative
phenomenological
research
method

utilised
