The influencing each were by multinomial logistic regression analysis. hierarchical analysis used examine STROBE guidelines followed this research. Three distinct identified: "low-calling" type (12.4%), "medium-calling" (54.4%), "high-calling" (33.2%) groups, respectively. Gender number night shifts per month identified as categories significantly predicted (ΔR 2 = 0.307, p < 0.001). suggests that experience types are associated behavior. The RMRS was translated into using forward-backward translation method proposed Polit Yang. To assess psychometric properties RMRS, exploratory factor analysis (EFA), confirmatory (CFA), reliability were conducted. Exploratory (EFA) (CFA) supported structure identifying four factors comprising 15 items, which accounted 50.98% total variance. CFA model exhibited good fit indices: χ²/df = 2.35, RMSEA 0.061, NNFI/TLI 0.91, CFI 0.94, GFI SRMR 0.049. scale demonstrated satisfactory internal consistency, Macdonald Omega coefficient 0.728 an Intraclass Correlation Coefficient (ICC) 0.715 (95% CI: 0.677-0.749). present successfully adapted validated sound properties, including acceptable validity. These findings suggest that can be valuable tool researchers healthcare professionals moral resilience nurses, enabling deeper understanding this construct its implications Not applicable.
