Abstract Background Effective pain management in elderly patients is crucial for quality of life, yet cultural and institutional factors can significantly impact care delivery, particularly Arab healthcare settings. Aim To explore the barriers facilitators to effective from perspective nurses. Methods A qualitative descriptive study was conducted with 12 registered nurses various departments at Tanta University Hospitals, Egypt. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews, observations, document analysis. Content analysis used identify themes subthemes. Results Five main emerged: (1) Cultural Barriers Pain Expression, including stoicism religious beliefs; (2) Institutional Management, such as resource limitations time constraints; (3) Facilitators family support nurse adaptability; (4) Interdisciplinary Collaboration, emphasizing teamwork education; (5) Emotional Professional Rewards often led underreporting pain, while constraints hindered thorough assessments. Nurse adaptability support, when present, facilitated better management. Conclusion The reveals complex interplay between cultural, institutional, professional influencing patients. Findings suggest need culturally sensitive assessment tools, enhanced education management, policies promoting family-centered interdisciplinary collaboration. Abstract Background Workplace bullying (WPB) is common in nursing profession, leading to adverse effects on nurses’ health and teamwork. Although it has been suggested that psychological capital (PsyCap) could potentially moderate the relationship between WPB emotional exhaustion, there currently a lack of direct empirical evidence supporting this claim. Therefore, study aims examine how PsyCap moderates exhaustion nurses. Methods A cross-sectional was carried out involving 1068 nurses using general information questionnaire, Negative Acts Questionnaire-Revised, Psychological Capital Questionnaire-Revision, subscale Chinese version Maslach Burnout Inventory-General Survey. ABSTRACT Aim To assess the relationship between paradoxical leadership and nurses' positive attitudes towards artificial intelligence in hospital settings through a strengths mindset as mediator. Design A cross‐sectional survey conducted from January to March 2024. Methods The study included 239 nurses four hospitals Port Said, Egypt. measure constructs, three well‐established scales were utilised: Paradoxical Leadership Scale, Strengths Mindset Scale Positive Attitudes Towards Artificial Intelligence Scale. Structural equation modelling was applied for data analysis. Results analysis revealed significant nurse managers' intelligence. Additionally, partially mediated Conclusion findings suggest that developing behaviours—such managing current work processes while simultaneously driving exploration of new initiatives—among managers can foster nurses, which turn promotes more attitude integration healthcare.
