The
influx
of
digital
platforms
into
the
mobility
sector
has
created
a
myriad
new
forms
services
in
urban
transport.The
proliferation
raises
questions
regarding
public
actors'
strategic
planning
capacities
times
platformisation.In
this
paper,
focus
is
directed
towards
Mobility-as-a-Service
(MaaS)
as
an
example
platformisation
taking
place
setting
where
actors
have
(in
theory)
had
opportunity
to
influence
platform
developments

and
planning.Based
on
qualitative
research
pilot
project
for
MaaS
Stockholm
region,

paper
assesses
the
National
Recovery
and
Resilience
Plans
(NRRPs)
of
EU
member
states
regions
to
uncover
commonalities
differences
between
green
digital
transitions,
focusing
on

institutions,

socio‐economic
drivers,

modeling
them.
