To explore the palliative care education experiences of doctors, nurses, and community residents. A semi-structured interview was conducted with 2 8 nurses 9 residents in Jinan. This rapid review provides an overview of active family engagement (defined as supporting the patient psychologically, physically, spiritually, or emotionally) in hospice and end-of-life care settings across lifespan. A librarian-assisted search CINAHL (Cumulative Index to Nursing Allied Health Literature) database over past 5 years (English language only) yielded 1928 articles; 22 these articles met inclusion criteria for data extraction. The reviewed literature emphasized importance care, highlighting need effective communication, emotional support, tailored interventions that nurses may use support caregivers. highlighted opportunities further educate train palliative on evidence-based replicable approaches families they deliver at end life.

Hospice family caregivers (HFCGs) support the needs of their loved ones but are at risk developing distress and anxiety. NOVELA is a four-chapter telenovela-style educational video to topics related hospice caregiving.
