This article reports on descriptive case studies, and researched the factors of improvisation in organizational resilience context Covid-19 health emergency. A total 23 businesses city Bogotá, from different economic activities, participated this study. Participants were managers, owners, legal representatives, or executives those businesses. The research type is with a qualitative approach, aimed at identifying attributes based responses ratings using Likert scale. Likert-type questionnaire was used, rating seven factors, whose indicators defined by reviewing literature subject. It found that among lowest performance components sustainability, corporate culture, innovative ecosystem; determinants coping skills leadership best performing; meanwhile, human talent elements flexibility adaptation played an intermediate role sustaining business amid study corroborates previously existing theory shows possible variation influence depending size company, its structure organization. may serve as input for future related to determining behavior companies face types crises.

Abstract This study delves into the relationship between green improvisational behavior (GIB), environmental orientation (EO), a creative climate (GCC), and how they influence (EP) social performance (SP) in hotel industry. Through perspective of stakeholder theory, examines these factors work together to cultivate an atmosphere. The data was carefully collected through surveys at Pearl Continental Hotels & Resorts branches, known chain luxury hotels Pakistan. Using Structural Equation Modeling for analysis, reveals insights hospitality industry promoting culture that encourages innovative sustainable practices environmentally friendly actions. By understanding what drives development environment, can create organizational supports eco‐friendly initiatives. Background: The nursing professional self-efficacy scale (NPSES) is one of the most used self-reporting tools for assessing self-efficacy. Its psychometric structure was described differently in several national contexts. This study aimed to develop and validate version 2 NPSES (NPSES2), which a brief original selecting items that contribute stably detecting attributes care delivery professionalism as descriptors salient aspects profession. Purpose The main objective of this research is to examine the influence Omani school organizational climate and teachers’ self-efficacy on their innovative teaching practices. Purpose Drawing on social information processing theory (SIP), this paper examines whether and how humble leadership affects employees' service improvisation (ESI) in the hospitality industry. Further, study investigates mediating role of psychological safety moderating creative self-efficacy (CSE). Design/methodology/approach To test proposed relationships, adopts a cross-sectional design, administering questionnaires to 456 frontline staff Egypt’s industry across three main sectors: restaurants, hotels travel agencies.
