Abstract
Aim
This
study
was
designed
to
examine
the
relationship
between
humble
leadership
and
nurses'
turnover
intention
investigate
moderating
role
of
leader
expertise
in
this
relationship.

humility

nurses
take
a

Purpose
This
study
examines
the
impact
of
humble
leadership
on
service
recovery
performance
(SRP)
frontline
employees
(FSEs)
in
hospitality
industry.

explores
mediating
underlying
mechanisms

empowerment
and
employee
engagement,

with
moderating
role

our
predictions,
we
used
a
cross-sectional
research
design,

between
SRP,
