Hemodialysis was filtering the blood of a person whose kidneys were not working normally. Objective: To investigate prevalence depression, anxiety, stress, and quality life among individuals with hemodialysis. Methods: A total 134 patients taken from hospitals Lahore. The participant's age ranges between 20-60 years. purposive sampling technique used to collect data. following measures assess findings i.e., Demographic, Depression Anxiety Stress Scale (DASS), World Health Organization Quality Life Brief (WHOQOL). Results: analyses revealed that high stress in hemodialysis significantly poor patients. Conclusion: It concluded hemodialysis, most common treatment for end stage renal disease, risk factor psychological illnesses such as depression anxiety. So, there need develop strategy, including therapeutic invitations eventually, improve life.

Abstract Background Conflict is a complicated topic with multidimensional consequences for community health. Its effects have broad pattern, starting from direct war-related morbidity and mortality caused by bullets bombs to indirect due the interruption of delivery preventive curative health services. This study aimed explore northern Ethiopian conflict in North Wollo zone, northeast Ethiopia, 2022. Methods descriptive qualitative was conducted May June 2022 on six conflict-affected Woredas north zone. A total 100 purposively selected participants, which included patients, pregnant women, elders, religious leaders, professionals, were interviewed using IDI FGD. To explore the experiences of nurses in maintaining dignity patients with life-limiting illnesses. A phenomenological study was conducted 15 purposively selected who provide care for Colaizzi's naturalistic approach utilized to analyze data. The followed COREQ guidelines qualitative research reporting. Three themes emerged: (1) Establishing a therapeutic environment, (2) Respecting humanity patients, and (3) Strengthening spirituality patients. Abstract Background Crohn’s disease (CD) is a lifelong condition that poses unique challenges. This study reports findings from person’s perspective of living with CD to help enhance the understanding an individual’s specific care and support needs. Methods Semi-structured telephone interviews were conducted convenience sample adults recruited Newcastle Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. Data analysed after data collection using thematic analysis. Results Forty-one (68% female) participants aged 49.1±12 years duration between 1 55 interviewed. Three overarching themes emerged, along 12 subthemes: (1) Reactions presenting symptoms, emotions, challenges at diagnosis; (2) Reality condition, seeking information, decision making, psychological challenges, experiencing symptoms/complications during remission impact on social life, education, employment, relationships; (3) Resilience involving emotional adaptations, strategies self-management, comparisons as means coping barriers resilience. Conclusions The results highlight complex health journey faced by people provide professionals greater insight into complexities facilitate more holistic approach planning care.

Abstract This pre-registered systematic review aimed to examine whether online support groups affect the health and wellbeing of individuals with a chronic condition, what mechanisms may influence such effects. In September 2024, literature searches were conducted across electronic databases (Medline, Embase, PsycInfo, Web Science Google Scholar), pre-publication websites (MedRxiv PsyArXiv) grey websites. Qualitative quantitative studies included if they explored impact on outcomes condition. Objetivo: describir la experiencia vivida por mujeres con síndrome de ovario poliquístico (SOP) en zona central Chile. Materiales y métodos: estudio cualitativo enfoque fenomenológico interpretativo.
