Hemodialysis was filtering the blood of a person whose kidneys were not working normally. Objective: To investigate prevalence depression, anxiety, stress, and quality life among individuals with hemodialysis. Methods: A total 134 patients taken from hospitals Lahore. The participant's age ranges between 20-60 years. purposive sampling technique used to collect data. following measures assess findings i.e., Demographic, Depression Anxiety Stress Scale (DASS), World Health Organization Quality Life Brief (WHOQOL). Results: analyses revealed that high stress in hemodialysis significantly poor patients. Conclusion: It concluded hemodialysis, most common treatment for end stage renal disease, risk factor psychological illnesses such as depression anxiety. So, there need develop strategy, including therapeutic invitations eventually, improve life.

Background: Aging populations are driving a shift in emphasis toward enhancing chronic disease care, reflected Catalonia’s regional plan which prioritizes standardized nursing care plans primary settings. To achieve this, the ARES-AP program was established with focus on harmonizing standards and supporting routine clinical decision-making. This study evaluates nurses’ perceptions of ARES-AP’s for diseases. Methods: A mixed-methods approach based an ad hoc questionnaire (n = 141) group 14) used. Quantitative data were statistically analysed, setting significance at p < 0.05. Qualitative explored via content analysis. Results: training assessed positively. The resources motivational interviewing most prevalent diseases rated very identified key factors influencing implementation, including facilitators such as structured information autonomy, barriers resistance to change, motivators managerial support, suggested improvements technological time management strategies. Conclusions: identifies areas improvement implementing plans, additional time, motivation, enhanced IT infrastructure, collaboration among professionals. A Mixed Studies Systematic Review on the Health and Wellbeing Effects, and Underlying Mechanisms, of Online Support Groups for Chronic Conditions DOI Creative Commons

OBJECTIVE: This systematic review examines whether online support groups affect the health and wellbeing of individuals with a chronic condition, what mechanisms may influence such effects. METHOD: In February 2023, literature searches were conducted across electronic databases (Medline, Embase, PsycInfo, Web Science Google Scholar), pre-publication websites (MedRxiv PsyArXiv) grey websites. Qualitative quantitative studies included if they explored impact on outcomes condition. RESULTS: total 83 papers, 91 studies, met inclusion criteria. Health categorised as: physical health, mental quality life, social wellbeing, health-related behaviour decision-making, adjustment. Mechanisms reported in these related to exchanging support, sharing experiences, content expression, comparison. User group characteristics also explored. CONCLUSION: The suggest that can have positive behaviour, adjustment, inconclusive findings for life. However, there is possibility negative effect anxiety distress, particularly when hearing other members’ difficult experiences. Research comparing different types needed.

Laparoscopic totally extraperitoneal (TEP) inguinal hernia repair has become increasingly favored over open Lichtenstein tension-free mesh owing to its associated benefits, including reduced postoperative pain, early return normal activities, and a comparable recurrence rate. In recent years, emphasis been placed on patient-reported outcomes, particularly health-related quality of life (QOL), as critical metric for evaluating surgical success.
