Abstract Background Compared to the overall decrease in infection rates, prevalence of HIV among key populations like men who have sex with (MSM) remains high. Understanding factors influencing these is crucial. However, currently there are few large-scale studies that can comprehensively incorporate multiple potential factors. Therefore, it significant build a predictive model for MSM based on demographic, behavioral, social and psychological characteristics. Methods A cross-sectional study was conducted six major regions China. Data were collected through face-to-face interviews. We screen variables univariate multivariate analyses, construct stepwise regression. evaluated nomograms, ROC(Receiver Operating Characteristic) curves decision curve analysis (DCA). Results Among 2,403 MSM, 199 positive, resulting rate 8.3%. aged 35–44, lower education level, higher smoking frequency, having STDs, assuming receptive role same-sex intercourse, using drugs before experiencing depression more likely be infected HIV. ABSTRACT Objective To estimate the prevalence of concomitant substance consumption and analyze associated risk factors in a non-probabilistic sample Brazilian population transgender women travestis. Methods A cross-sectional study was conducted with recruitment via respondent-driven sampling. The included travestis residing São Paulo, Porto Alegre, Salvador, Manaus, Campo Grande, aged 18 years or older, between 2019 2021. outcome use licit illicit substances. association sociodemographic/behavioral analyzed through Poisson regression mixed effects. Adjusted ratios (confidence interval 95% — 95%CI) were estimated. Results last 12 months multiple 49.3%, which 65.5% alcohol, 52.9% tobacco, 40.1% marijuana. Transgender who substances face more violence (1.71; 95%CI 1.14–2.55), unemployment (1.58; 1.05–2.37) pervasive unstable work status (1.52; 1.08–2.14), transactional sex (1.51; 1.21–1.88) can be their sole option to make living, are 24 (1.37; 1.14–1.65). RESUMO Objetivo Estimar a prevalência do consumo concomitante de substâncias e analisar fatores risco associados em uma amostra não probabilística da população brasileira mulheres trans travestis. Métodos Estudo transversal, com recrutamento por meio metodologia respondent-driven sampling. A incluiu travestis residentes São Paulo, Porto Alegre, Salvador, Manaus Campo Grande, maiores 18 anos, entre 2019 2021.
