Abstract Cultural identity is associated with diet, activities, sleeping habits, and patterns of substance use. All directly relate to the risk expressions depression bipolar spectrum. Background COVID-19 has caused a series of economic, social, personal, and occupational consequences that may affect the mental health healthcare workers (HCWs), with consequent risk developing suicidal ideation behaviors. Objectives The aim this study was to identify main factors predispose HCWs suicide attempts during pandemic. Methods A systematic review studies published between January 2020 August 2022 conducted following PRISMA guidelines in electronic databases: Pubmed, Scopus, Web Science, CINAHL, PsycINFO. Methodological quality assessed using critical appraisal tools for non-randomized Joanna Briggs Institute (JBI). followed protocol is listed International Prospective Register Systematic Reviews (PROSPERO) code CRD42022340732. Results total 34 were included review. There are number underlying such as higher rates depression, anxiety, pre-pandemic lifetime disorders or previous attempt, living alone, having problems alcohol and/or other drugs, etc. favor emergence tendencies times COVID-19.
