Previous studies have concluded that workplace bullying has negative effects, and while these identified overcoming remains an important issue requiring further research analysis. Therefore, based on social learning theory, this study assumes inspirational leadership may reduce bullying. The also aimed to test the impact of psychological well-being. Analyzing differences in opinions assessments sample regarding well-being, various personal occupational variables. Data were collected through a survey from community consisting doctors technicians working four government hospitals Ma'rib province. number retrieved valid forms for analysis was 229 out 254. found significant bullying, it positive effect sample's work-related person-related physically intimidating some provided recommendations, including generalizing concept level department managers section heads, raising awareness about risks addressing individuals' well-being by providing them with relevant training regularly their emotions.
