Abstract
Objective
There
is
currently
no
widely
accepted
multidimensional
health
assessment
questionnaire
for
individuals
in
the
Chinese
People
Liberation
Army
(PLA).
This
study
developed
a
survey
(Comprehensive
Health
Self-Assessment
Questionnaire,
CHSAQ)
suitable
personnel
PLA
and
conducted
preliminary
examination
of
its
reliability,
validity,
discriminative
ability.
Methods
After
183
items
from
32
dimensions
were
selected
to
form
initial
version
CHSAQ,
three
groups
soldiers

rounds
(with

valid
items).

classic

Considering
the
crucial
role

military
personnel's
mental
health
in
armed
forces,
society,
and
nation,
present
study
aims
to
describe
prevalence
influential
factors
depression,
anxiety,
insomnia,
post-traumatic
stress
disorder
(PTSD)
among
Chinese
personnel
during
COVID-19
pandemic.
