The screened based on classic test theory. screening, final entries formed, structure was explored through exploratory factor analysis confirmatory analysis, structural ability evaluated. Results consisted 8 job satisfaction, anxiety depression, daily activities, physical function, otolaryngology system, integumentary sleep disorders, visual system. total cumulative variance contribution rate 64.648% according analysis. According normed fit index (NFI) 0.880, comparison (CFI) 0.893 (close 0.90). Cronbach’s α coefficient 0.970, split half reliability 0.937, retest 0.902. results are presented as different pairwise comparisons.
