To perform the first psychometric analysis of Norwegian version eHLQ using confirmative factor (CFA) procedures in a population patients admitted to hospital cross-sectional design. The consists 35 items capturing 7-dimensional eHealth Literacy Framework (eHLF) which describes users' attributes, user's interaction with technologies and experience digital health systems. The 7 independent scales was translated from Danish culturally adapted into language following standardised protocol. Assessment construct validity undertaken data survey 260 hospitalized at University Hospital Oslo area during two-week period June 2021. included correlation (Pearsons R), internal consistency (Cronbach's alpha) confirmatory (CFA).All loadings were high acceptable (i.e. > 0.6), except for five had somewhat lower loadings. Regarding consistency, alpha ranged 0.73 0.90. For optimal CFA fit different scale models, correlated residuals required seven scales. Overall our shows an intermediate orginal construct. Scale intercorrelations all below 0.8, indicating overall discriminant between dimensions. The results indicate that almost scales, model achieved. this study represented variety diagnoses, recruited geographically limited area. Further studies on properties larger samples, diverse settings by more comprehensive approaches are warranted.
