Introduction: Mental health and substance use services for youth in Canada continue to be fragmented. In response, Integrated Youth Services (IYS) has been proposed address gaps mental that can lead improved outcomes. Wellness Hubs Ontario (YWHO) was launched 2017 as Ontario's IYS Network ages 12–25, prioritizing continuous improvement through evaluation. This qualitative study surveyed caregivers regarding their perspectives on the benefits of, challenges with, and suggestions for improving telehealth during COVID-19 pandemic. Caregivers who had responsibility caring at least one child aged under 18 years of age in Genesee County, MI, participated. The were biological parents, stepparents, foster adoptive guardians. A total 105 completed a survey with open-ended questions via Qualtrics. Two independent coders developed themes based responses using grounded theory. Participants primarily parents non-Hispanic White African Americans. According to participants, included prevention exposure virus, quality communication physicians, savings travel time, cost-effective methods receive care. lack in-person interaction, fear compromised confidentiality, potential misdiagnosis. We examined how suicide is discussed online in chat counseling services for youth. The data included 4,340 conversations between young service users and adult counselors. Conversations using the word (n = 558; 12.9%) were filtered, by 31 boys girls aged 15–29 years selected in-depth analyses; of these 24 depicted previous attempts 15 plans. TikTok is a global social media platform with over 1 billion active users. Presently, there are few data on how users navigate the for mental health purposes and content they view. During the COVID-19 pandemic, youth in Ontario, Canada experienced a steep rise mental health concerns. Although there is evidence describing how coping strategies can impact mental health outcomes and inequities among young adults, little known about different sub-groups of adults engage with positive the association challenges. Objective To review satisfaction with telehealth among children and adolescents based on their own opinions during the COVID-19 pandemic. The COVID-19 pandemic has undoubtedly had a significant impact on youth mental health and/or addiction concerns and exacerbated pre-existing gaps in access to care. Caregivers can support their seeking participating care, however, experiences doing so the perspectives of youth's care needs are not well-understood. A descriptive qualitative study was conducted better understand caregivers' accessing during pandemic, from standpoint. Abstract Aim Although the incidence of mental health problems is highest in young people, majority do not seek help. Reducing discrepancy between need for care and access to services requires an understanding user perspective, which largely lacking.
