In
the
context
of
COVID-19
pandemic,
mental
well-being
healthcare
workers
(HCWs)
is
important
as
it
directly
affects
quality
services
and
a
nation’s
ability
to
navigate
through
crises.
This
study,
analysing
data
collected
from
799
professionals
structural
equation
modelling
multi-group
analysis,
identifies
five
key
factors
influencing
HCWs’
work–life
balance
(WLB),
namely,
psychological
stress,
socio-economic
impact,
interpersonal
relationships,
government
intervention
fear
exposure
Covid.
Key
findings
reveal
that
HCWs
in
private
hospitals
experience
lower
stress
levels
better
WLB.
Female
medically
trained
report
higher
levels.
Those
who
contracted
Covid
faced
elevated
strained
relations.
Negative
impacts
on
WLB
are
observed
for
Covid,
with
positive
influence
relationships.
Recommendations
include
fostering
stabilising
employment,
providing
support
public
hospitals,
implementing
stress-coping
training
programmes
collaboration
governments,
offering
insights
enhancing
during

Abstract
Background
Different
mental
disorders
may
be
associated
with
many
work-related
factors
to
which
primary
health
care
workers
(PHCWs)
are
exposed.
The
current
research
aims
measure
the
rates
of
depression,
anxiety,
and
stress
among
PHCWs,
their
causes
in
(PHC)
settings.
Methods
An
explanatory
sequential
mixed
methods
design
was
employed
this
from
January
2021
2022
Tabriz,
Iran’s
PHC
centers.
First,
study

an
online-based
cross-sectional
survey
using
a
self-reported
questionnaire.

Anxiety
