In the context of COVID-19 pandemic, mental well-being healthcare workers (HCWs) is important as it directly affects quality services and a nation’s ability to navigate through crises. This study, analysing data collected from 799 professionals structural equation modelling multi-group analysis, identifies five key factors influencing HCWs’ work–life balance (WLB), namely, psychological stress, socio-economic impact, interpersonal relationships, government intervention fear exposure Covid. Key findings reveal that HCWs in private hospitals experience lower stress levels better WLB. Female medically trained report higher levels. Those who contracted Covid faced elevated strained relations. Negative impacts on WLB are observed for Covid, with positive influence relationships. Abstract Background Different mental disorders may be associated with many work-related factors to which primary health care workers (PHCWs) are exposed. The current research aims measure the rates of depression, anxiety, and stress among PHCWs, their causes in (PHC) settings. Methods An explanatory sequential mixed methods design was employed this from January 2021 2022 Tabriz, Iran’s PHC centers. First, study followed an online-based cross-sectional survey using a self-reported questionnaire. Depression, Anxiety Stress Scale-21 Items (DASS-21) questions on demographic characteristics were completed by 303 frontline PHCWs during quantitative phase. In qualitative phase, semi-structured interview held 12 who had highest level identify reasons sources prevalence. Quantitative data analyzed descriptive statistics via SPSS-26. Nursing education must undergo a digital transformation due to the COVID-19 pandemic. laboratory practices should be conducted virtually using suitable media and methods. This study aimed assess impact of Laboratory Learning with Peyton's 4-step approach through social platform Telegram on bathing skills nursing students. The research followed quasi-experimental design pre-post included control group. sample consisted 60 undergraduate students divided into treatment groups. group received learning intervention 4-Step method via Telegram, while was provided video. Instruments used questionnaires observation sheets developed by researcher based skill procedures. analyses employed Mann-Whitney test independent t-test, significance value set at <0.05. demonstrated significant increase in students' knowledge (p=0.009) (p=0.002) patients.
