Triglyceride-glucose

resistance,

linked
to
metabolic
dysfunction-associated
steatotic
liver
disease
(MASLD),
cardiovascular
(CVD),
and
mortality.
However,
the
prognostic
utility
of
TyG-related
indices
in
predicting
risk
CVD
mortality
among
patients
with
MASLD
remains
unclear.
Data
97,331
patients,

median
age
58.0
years
free
at
baseline,
were
obtained
from
UK
Biobank.

TyG

Insulin
resistance
(IR)

obesity
are

osteoarthritis
(OA)
development.

triglyceride
glucose
(TyG)
index,

with
indicators

as
the
visceral
adiposity
index
(VAI),
lipid
accumulation
product
(LAP),
increasingly
used
to
measure
IR.

explore
associations
between
surrogate
IR
indexes
OA,
assessing
their
diagnostic
efficacy
within
American
populations.
