Abstract

In
the
current
scenario

that
have
been
used
in
numerous

raw
materials,
lubrication,
wetting,
foaming,
emulsions
formulations,
stabilizing
dispersions.
The
amphiphilic
nature
biosurfactants

great
advantage,

immiscible
surfaces
by
reducing
interfacial
surface
tension
increasing
solubility
hydrophobic
compounds.
