Despite prevention strategies, cervical cancer remains a significant public health issue. Human papillomavirus plays critical role in its development, and early detection is vital to improve patient outcomes. The incidence of projected rise, necessitating better diagnostic tools. Traditional screening methods like the cytological examination human testing have limitations sensitivity reproducibility. Liquid-based cytology offers some improvements, but need for more reliable sensitive techniques persists, particularly detecting precancerous lesions. Liquid biopsy non-invasive method that analyzes cancer-derived products biofluids blood, offering potential real-time monitoring tumor progression, metastasis, treatment response. It can be based on circulating cells (CTCs), free DNA (cfDNA), microRNAs (miRNAs). This review underlines microRNAs, which are transported by extracellular vesicles. Overall, this article underscores importance continued research into liquid enhance monitoring.

Cervical cancer (CC) is one of the deadliest gynecological cancers worldwide. Human papillomavirus main etiological agent responsible for initiation and development most CC cases. The standard method utilized screening in global population cytological Pap smear test. Despite its effective validity detecting precancerous lesions response to layer stages this disease, greater diagnostic reliability are needed, as well an improvement specificity sensitivity. In context, use liquid biopsies, like blood, isolation circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA) screening, diagnosis, prognosis, surveillance could fill gaps that still exist. present review, we aim study literature order collect knowledge on blood-based biopsy based descriptions precious molecular content utilization a potential tool patients’ management. We will mainly focus important role novel ctDNA unique possibilities additionally HPV-ctDNA at various clinical application.

Ovarian cancer is the deadliest of all gynecological diseases because its diagnosis and treatment still pose many problems. Surgical excision, hormone therapy, radiation, chemotherapy, or targeted therapy for eradicating main tumor halting spread metastases are among options available to individuals with ovarian cancer, depending on disease’s stage. Tumor DNA that circulates in a patient’s bodily fluids has been studied recently as possible novel biomarker number cancers, well means quantifying size evaluating efficacy therapy. The most significant alterations we could find ctDNA patients—such chromosomal instability, somatic mutations, methylation—are discussed this review. Additionally, talk about utility diagnosis, prognosis, response prediction these patients.
