Cancer is a severe disease that, in 2022, caused more than 9.89 million deaths worldwide. One worrisome type of cancer bone cancer, such as osteosarcoma and Ewing tumors, which occur frequently infants. This study shows an active interest the use graphene oxide its derivatives therapy against cancer. We present systematic review analyzing current state art related to GO treating osteosarcoma, through evaluating existing literature. In this sense, studies focused on GO-based nanomaterials for potential applications were reviewed, has revealed that there excellent trend toward nanomaterials, based their thermal anti-cancer activities, treatment various therapeutic approaches. However, research needed develop highly efficient localized therapies.
