<p>The investigation goal here was to analyze how the level of public debt affects preparedness health systems face emergencies. In particular, this study examined negative effects high on European countries in presence COVID-19 pandemic crisis. Empirical evidence revealed that with a lower government as percentage GDP both 2009 and 2019 (the period before arrival pandemic) had fatality rates compared higher levels debt. Background Burnout is a multidimensional psychological syndrome that arises from chronic workplace stress. Health care workers (HCWs), who operate in physically and emotionally exhausting work contexts, constitute vulnerable group. This, coupled with its subsequent impact on patients public economic resources, makes burnout significant health concern. Various self-care practices have been suggested to positive effect among HCWs. Of these, physical activity stands out for ability combine psychological, physiological, biochemical mechanisms. Nigeria's shortage of psychiatrists is exacerbated due to health worker migration. This study explores migration experiences and tendencies among early-career in Nigeria. We conducted a cross-sectional survey covering six geopolitical zones, using 61-item online questionnaire assessing short-term mobility, long-term attitudes. Data was analysed IBM SPSS version 29. Of 228 surveyed, 9.7% had mobility 8.0% experiences. However, 85.8% 'ever' considered migration, 69.2% were planning leave 'now', 52.9% taken 'practical steps'. Over half (52.7%) said they would be working abroad 5 years, with 25.2% indicating migrate within year. The top reasons financial academic, while personal cultural factors the key stay. Background: Staffing shortages across the healthcare sector pose a threat to continuity of Canadian system in post-COVID-19 pandemic era. We sought understand factors associated with turnover intention as well providers’ (HCPs) perspectives and experiences related both organizational professional turnover. Method: A convergent questionnaire mixed-methods design was employed. Descriptive statistics ordinal logistic regressions were used analyze quantitative data ascertain intention.
