Cancer-associated fibroblasts cells (CAFs) confer a rapid growth and metastasis ability of endometrial cancer (EC) via exosomes-mediated cellular communication. Long non-coding RNA nuclear enriched abundant transcript 1 (lncRNA NEAT1) drives the malignant phenotypes EC cells. However, role exosomal NEAT1 from CAFs in progression remains ambiguous, which needs to be investigated. In our study, YKL-40 were up-regulated, while miR-26a/b-5p was down-regulated tissues. Moreover, expression increased CAF-exosomes compared with that NF-exosomes. addition, derived could transfer promote expression. Further exploration showed enhanced regulating miR-26a/b-5p-STAT3 axis More importantly, accelerated vivo tumor miR-26a/b-5p-STAT3-YKL-40 axis. Taken together, study reveals contributes miR-26a/b-5p-mediated STAT3/YKL-40 pathway, indicates therapeutic potential for treating EC.

Epithelial-to-mesenchymal transition (EMT) and aerobic glycolysis are fundamental processes implicated in cancer metastasis. Although increasing evidence demonstrates an association between EMT induction enhanced human cancer, the mechanisms linking these two conditions endometrial (EC) cells remain poorly defined.We characterized role molecular mechanism of glycolytic enzyme hexokinase 2 (HK2) mediating investigated how long noncoding RNA DLEU2 contributes to stimulation via upregulation HK2 expression.HK2 was highly expressed EC tissues, its expression associated with poor overall survival. Overexpression effectively promoted phenotypes activating FAK downstream ERK1/2 signaling. Moreover, microRNA-455 (miR-455) served as a tumor suppressor by directly interacting mRNA inhibiting expression.
