Abstract
Background
There
is
limited
evidence
that
interventions
for
improving
mental
well-being
can

integrated
sustainably
into
primary
health
care
in
Pakistan.

intervention’

This
paper
is
based
on
qualitative
research
carried
out
in
a
diabetic
retinopathy
(DR)
programme
three
districts
of
Pakistan.

components
intervention,
