Abstract
Economic
sustainability
involves
the
development
of
an
organisation
that
meets
its
future
needs
through
integrated
policy,
planning,
and
social
learning
process.
The
purpose
this
study
was
to
investigate
mediating
role
competitive
advantage
in
relationship
between
strategic
orientation
economic
under
unpredictable
circumstances.

Abstract
Women’s
entrepreneurship
is

Abstract
The
role
of
micro
and
small
enterprises
(MSEs)
has
been
recognized
in
Ethiopia
at
the
strategic
policy
levels.
They
are
considered
as
a
way
to
create
jobs,
alleviate
poverty,
ensure
food
security,
promote
private
sector
development.
Despite
several
government
programs
support
schemes
aimed
empowering
MSEs
be
more
competitive
sustainable,
they
continue
fail
alarming
rates.
Previous
studies
revealed
that
failure
