This article aims to identify the practice of Gotong Royong (mutual corporation culture; mutual help) marketing on batik products in Kampung Batik Laweyan. study uses a quantitative descriptive method. Abstract Economic sustainability involves the development of an organisation that meets its future needs through integrated policy, planning, and social learning process. The purpose this study was to investigate mediating role competitive advantage in relationship between strategic orientation economic under unpredictable circumstances. This collected quantitative data from a total 284 halal small medium enterprises (SMEs) Indonesia structured interviews. Data were analysed using partial least squares structural equation modelling (PLS-SEM). The micro, small and medium enterprise (MSME) sector in Odisha’s Sundargarh district is crucial generating employment opportunities, with agriculture being the only surpassing it. state recognises importance of this sector, as evidenced by establishment a dedicated department to promote support MSMEs. At national level, Indian government has created special foster growth MSME industry. significant mining area Odisha, known for its vast reserves iron ore other valuable minerals like lead, limestone, manganese dolomite. study primarily focuses on entrepreneurs (owners/managers) various MSMEs Lathikata Rajgangpur blocks district. These were selected due their high concentration among 17 research involves literature review preliminary interviews officers from relevant departments, District Industries Centre (DIC Rourkela DIC Sundargarh), Rourkela. A self-administered questionnaire was designed distributed blocks. employed descriptive statistics chi-square tests analyse data. IBM SPSS 20 used analytical tool. concluded that dependent variable (annual income) significantly correlated gender, age, education, firm type, organisational structure, location block, but not type (manufacturing service) product manufactured.
