Secondarily, tested structural equation modelling (SEM) relationship between five capacities firm performance. Findings findings indicate there significant positive most performance, except which did not show statistically Specifically, development (R&D), knowledge coopetition are positively associated whereas transformation but negatively IV/GMM estimations’ support view significantly affected together some control variables such size, age, foreign ownership year dummy have impact Originality/value fills identified gap literature investigating executed specific CEE SEE country context.
