Abstract
This
paper
presents
a

engineering
during
interactions
with
Generative
Artificial
Intelligence
(GenAI)
in
Higher
Education
(HE)
to
discover
potential
methods
improving
educational
outcomes.
Drawing
on
comprehensive
search
academic
databases
and
relevant
literature,

trends,
including
multiple
framework
designs,
are
presented
explored
role,
relevance,
applicability

GenAI-generated
responses

education

caused
significant
disruption

the
