Abstract Farmers' markets (FMs) are a key marketing channel for farmers, and various new service values, such as providing vegetable fruit boxes, emerged during the COVID‐19 pandemic. Thus, identifying which values take precedence consumers is essential. This study used best–worst scaling method to explore FM values. A total of 881 valid consumer samples were collected. Mixed multinomial logit analysis latent class model employed identify segments on basis their prioritisation The results revealed that three most highly prioritised in FMs product freshness, food safety certification reasonable pricing. respondents categorised into major groups: price conscious, conscious community supporter groups. Community supporters accounted approximately 54% respondents. confirmed leafy, squashes well root tuber vegetables preferred agricultural categories among who ‘providing boxes’ value.

Abstract Background Engaging in partnerships is key to the success of knowledge mobilization (KM) activities; however, how best engage partners KM activities context paediatric pain and children’s health more broadly not well understood. There limited guidance on what supports development effective with a variety partner types. The purpose this study was examine preferences priorities three groups (i.e. professionals, researchers patient/caregiver partners) when it comes supporting their engagement within health. Methods We used case 1 (object case) best–worst scaling (BWS) experiment, stated method assess relative importance factors related compare across groups. Abstract Enhancing the arsenal of methods available to shape implementation strategies and bolster knowledge translation is imperative. Stated preference methods, including discrete choice experiments (DCE) best-worst scaling (BWS), rooted in economics, emerge as robust, theory-driven tools for understanding influencing behaviors both recipients providers innovation. This commentary outlines wide-ranging application stated across continuum, ushering effective translation. The prospects utilizing these within science encompass (1) refining tailoring intervention strategies, (2) exploring relative importance determinants, (3) identifying critical outcomes key decision-makers, 4) informing policy prioritization. Operationalizing findings from research holds potential precisely align health products services with requisites patients, providers, communities, policymakers, thereby realizing equitable impact.

Abstract Introduction Clopidogrel remains widely utilized in patients undergoing percutaneous coronary intervention despite compelling evidence that genetic variation impacts patient response to clopidogrel. Clinical decision support (CDS) is frequently used aid precision medicine; however, limitations within the electronic medical record can hinder reliable CDS.
