The

Culinary
Medicine
(CM)
is
an
avenue
for
interdisciplinary
nutrition
education
intervention
utilizing
the
expertise
of
dietitians,
physicians,
and
other
health
care
professionals
(HCP).
Despite
positive
impacts
that
CM
interventions
can
have
on
health,
physician
knowledge
lacking
due
in
part
to
inadequate
medical
school
curriculum.
