AbstractThis study aims to describe the character education management at Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal Kindergarten in Padangsidimpuan. The research approach uses a qualitative method with data collection techniques including observation, interviews, and documentation. findings indicate that involves careful planning through curriculum based on Islamic values, implementation integrated into daily learning activities, periodic evaluation observation of children’s behavior. Supporting factors include involvement teachers, parents, school environment, while main challenge lies consistency program implementation. In conclusion, this kindergarten is effective shaping moral values personalities from an early age. Keywords: Management; Character Eduation; ABA Kindergarten.

Vocational High School is a form of formal education that provides vocational education. One the points competency standards for high school graduates personal and social character. Based on this, character needs to be applied in schools, considering schools are ends preparing workforce face global competition era Industrial Revolution 4.0. Santa Maria School, one private Central Jakarta, feels need have distinctive compete challenges by applying sociopreneur values every teaching learning process called curriculum. The purpose this study was determine extent which curriculum's implementation impacted students' character, especially competence fashion design skills at School. research method used qualitative approach with sampling through purposive technique data collection triangulation observation, interviews, documentation. results show contained curriculum also an impact students, clearly visible relevance everyday life has experienced significant increase importance surrounding environment. Abstrak Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan adalah salah satu bentuk pendidikan yang menyelenggarakan kejuruan. Salah poin standar kompetensi lulusan SMK, yaitu karakter pribadi dan sosial. Berdasar hal tersebut, maka perlu diterapkan di SMK mengingat menjadi ujung tombak penyiapan tenaga kerja dalam menghadapi persaingan revolusi industri sebagai sekolah menengah kejuruan swasta berlokasi Jakarta Pusat merasa memiliki ciri khas agar dapat bersaing tantangan dengan menerapkan nilai-nilai pada setiap proses belajar mengajar disebut kurikulum sociopreneur, Tujuan dari penelitian ini mengetahui sejauh mana implementasi berdampak peserta didik khususnya keahlian Tata Busana Maria. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk memahami bagaimana kesetaraan gender diimplementasikan dalam pendidikan anak perempuan di sekolah umum. Berkenaan dengan interaksi antara pria dan wanita, tidak ada perbedaan kedua kategori orang tersebut. Memahami kelas dapat membantu siswa menjadi egois tentang apa yang mungkin sumber serangan pribadi bagi mereka. Oleh karena itu, penting agar meningkatkan kinerja kualitas hidupnya. Stereotip peran posisi laki-laki anggota masyarakat umum sasaran dominasi terus utama ketegangan relasi modern. Hal disebabkan maraknya kehidupan publik jarak dekat ketika mereka bertukar kelamin perempuan. Jika tersubordinasi oleh perempuan, akibatnya adalah ketidakberdayaan laki-laki, membuatnya oportunis laporan. Metode digunakan ialah metode kuantitatif data penelitian analisis data. Teknik pengumpulan berupa wawancara (interview) jalan tanya jawab sepihak dilakukan secara sistematis berlandaskan kepada penelitian. Sumber responden observasi. laporan Hasil menunjukkan usia dini juga diharapkan mampu mengikuti mengefektifkan diri terjalinnya kesatuan nantinya penggalian keterampilan kemampuan anak.

Effective sex education plays a crucial role in providing children with healthy understanding of sexuality, yet there persist various issues related to kindergarten. Classroom management challenges also represent significant obstacles that need be addressed for the successful implementation education. Within educational institutions like Ceria Timoho Kindergarten, teachers delivering remains pivotal. This research aims identify classroom patterns used at Kindergarten through qualitative approach involving observation, documentation, and interviews. Data analysis employed methods.
