The COVID-19 pandemic and the subsequent increased use of digital tools can be seen as an incentive for small medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to adapt age. SMEs, whose resilience adaptability had already been tested during previous period global financial crisis, were called upon face a new emergency. aim this paper is twofold: (i) investigate evolution transformation in medium (ii) highlight main research trends post-pandemic era. To approach these issues, bibliometric analysis based on R package was conducted examined 765 articles that published timespan 2014–2022. Higher vocational education is the core component of China’s national system and shoulders mission cultivating high-skilled applied talents. The wide application Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs) has effectively improved curriculum higher education. In meantime, some MOOCs suffer from poor course quality. Therefore, perspective sustainable quality improvement, we propose a data-driven framework for mining analyzing student reviews in MOOCs. our framework, first mine multi-level demands hidden MOOC by combining web crawlers text mining. Then use an artificial neural network KANO model to classify extracted demands, thereby designing effective improvement strategies. Based on real data MOOCs, validate effectiveness proposed framework.

(1) Background: Due to the rapid growth of Massive Online Open Courses (MOOCs), higher educational institutions across world are investing heavily in MOOCs support their traditional teaching, students’ learning experience, and performance. However, success highly depends on several factors that influence education. Prior studies have attempted investigate predict user acceptance education by using a variety theoretical viewpoints. Nonetheless, these yielded conflicting findings inconclusive. (2) Purpose: This study aims develop model integrates Theory Planned Behavior (TPB), Unified Acceptance Use Technology (UTAUT), as well Task-Technology Fit (TTF) explore use institutions, while synthesizing previous empirical field. (3) Methods: The was tested Meta-analytic Structural Equation Modelling (MASEM) based data gathered from 43 (k = 45 samples, n 16,774). (4) Results: Effort expectancy (EE), attitude (ATT), performance (PE), TTF—determined task technology characteristics—were identified direct predictors behavioral intention (BI) continue MOOCs. Hybrid cars were developed and are widely utilized in countries due to their sustainability advantages. However, developing seen underutilize this product where research showed that the economic, societal, environmental concerns considered by consumers. The current study aimed assess behavioral intentions for purchasing hybrid with use of an established new framework called theory planned behavior (STPB) integrated Unified Theory Acceptance Use Technology (UTAUT2) model. A total 1048 valid respondents purposely gathered completely behavioral, technological, sustainable domains through structural equation modeling. From results, perceived economic authority support most significant factor indirectly affecting intention purchase cars, followed concern. In developed or first-world countries, hybrid cars are widely utilized and essential in technological development reducing carbon emissions. Despite that, developing third-world countries such as the Philippines have not yet fully adopted a means of transportation. Hence, Sustainability Theory Planned Behavior (STPB) was integrated with UTAUT2 framework to predict factors affecting purchasing intentions Filipino drivers toward cars. The study gathered 1048 valid responses using convenience snowball sampling holistically measure user acceptance through twelve latent variables. Machine Learning Algorithm (MLA) tools Decision Tree (DT), Random Forest Classifier (RFC), Deep Neural Network (DLNN) were anticipate consumer behavior. final results from RFC showed an accuracy 94% DLNN 96.60%, which able prove prediction significant factors. Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs) have become increasingly prevalent in higher education, with the COVID-19 pandemic further accelerating their integration, particularly developing countries. While MOOCs offered a vital solution for educational continuity during pandemic, factors influencing students’ sustained engagement them remain understudied. This longitudinal study examines learners’ ThaiMOOC, incorporating demographic characteristics, usage log data, and key predictors of adoption completion. Our research collected primary data from 841 university students who enrolled ThaiMOOC as mandatory curriculum component, using online surveys open-ended questions post-course analysis. Logistic regression analysis indicates that intention, course content, perceived effectiveness significantly predict Actual Continued Usage (ACU). Moreover, gender, prior MOOC experience, specific behaviors emerge influential factors. Content highlights importance local language support desire safety pandemic. Key elements driving ACU include video design, assessment, learner-to-learner interaction.

The purpose of this study was to examine the relationships between users’ satisfaction with actual use massive open online courses (MOOCs) and intrinsically motivated, task-technology fit, attitudes toward using MOOCs, behavioral intention MOOCs. As primary technique for data collection, a survey questionnaire on self-determination theory (SDT) as well fit (TTF) distributed total 228 students. results attitude MOOCs their had positive impact in higher education institutes. However, perceived autonomy not entirely satisfied, based intrinsic motivation learning courses. Similarly, technology characteristics were insignificant TTF academic institutions. Additionally, mediation studies showed that correlations independent factors one hand other significantly mediated by motivation, attitude, use. Finally, practical ramifications examined, recommendations made regards direction future studies.
