This study examines the availability, utilization, and relevance of school data in fostering a data-driven culture for leadership vocational college Jiangsu, China. Using quantitative research design, it investigates teachers' perceptions practices, identifies areas improvement, explores relationships among key variables. Findings indicate that availability is generally high, with strong access to student records behavior data, but gaps exist integrating nationwide assessments aggregated survey responses. While utilization effective supporting institutional operations, such as empirical use curriculum evaluation require attention. The widely recognized enhancing personalized learning lesson planning; however, its application assessment tracking progress scored lower. Significant differences were noted based on teaching experience grade levels, mid-career teachers those higher grades demonstrating confidence practices. Strong positive correlations observed underscoring their interconnectedness. To address these findings, strategies proposed, including enhanced external sources, targeted professional development, modernized technological infrastructure, establishment collaborative frameworks. A general implementation plan outlines phased approach strategies, focusing preparation, capacity building, infrastructure policy formulation. underscores critical role improving efficiency, outcomes, offering practical recommendations sustainable educational institutions.

Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs) are playing an increasingly important role in higher education. This paper seeks to explore the influence of success factors, specifically motivation and course quality, on MOOC retention intention. Going beyond a mere examination these motivational quality study investigates students' motivation, considering needs, interests, system, content, service quality. Methodologically, questionnaire survey was conducted, collecting data from 311 students enrolled in online courses. To ascertain impact interest or need-based rates, Structural Equation Model (SEM) employed. Subsequently, Necessary Condition Analysis (NCA) utilized identify essential factors components each area. SEM results revealed positive issues behavior. Retention behavior notably affected by academic professional along with personal interests. Abstract It is an indisputable fact that there exists a non-integrated phenomenon between educational theory and practice, practice have the correlation of both interdependence mutual deviation, so how to make two coordinate harmonize development has become hotspot current research. In this paper, under perspective evidence-based education, we explore coordinated two, construct index system theoretical practical utilize entropy weighting method assign weights system. Subsequently, taking School A as example, data-driven web crawler technology was utilized obtain relevant data, internal coordination level future trend its education were measured by linear method, coupled degree model, GM(1,1) respectively.
