Background This manuscript explores the pervasive issue of moral distress among nurses and its impact on their well-being professional satisfaction. Focusing diverse factors contributing to distress, review spans various experience levels patient care settings. Method Utilizing integrative reviews sourcing from PubMed, CINAHL, SCOPUS, PsycINFO, ProQuest, study synthesizes findings studies worldwide. Employee work engagement, job satisfaction, quality of care, and intent to leave are critical indicators for healthcare organizational performance. This study aimed analyze the current state nurses' engagement its factors examine associations among in United States (US).This is a quantitative descriptive cross-section design. Data were collected online from US registered nurses March September 2022. Measures comprised Utrecht Work Engagement Scale, demographics, questions regarding perceived leave.Nine hundred participated survey. Among participants, 79.2% reported holding specialty certification, 59.4% scored high/very high on 82.2% expressed nursing 28.4% conveyed likely/very likely following year. Nurses' was positively associated with satisfaction their care but negatively leave. More certified or very than non-certified nurses. Abstract Aim This study investigates the mediation of sleep quality between perceived health and occupational burnout in hospital nurses, considering moderation workplace violence organizational culture. Healthcare is presently experiencing a global workforce crisis, marked by the inability of hospitals to retain qualified healthcare workers. Indeed, poor working conditions and staff shortages have contributed structural collapse placed heavy toll on workers' (HCWs) well-being, with many suffering from stress, exhaustion, demoralization, burnout. An additional factor driving HCWs away repeated experience moral distress, or act according internally held values perceived ethical obligations due internal external constraints. Introduction During the coronavirus disease 2019 pandemic, high levels of burnout were reported among healthcare workers. This study examines association work absenteeism and frequency thoughts in leaving current job with a cohort workers during COVID-19 pandemic. Methods A cross-sectional survey was conducted from April-May, 2022 on 10 hospitals, 18 immediate care centers, 325 outpatient practices Chicago area surrounding Illinois suburbs. Importance Mindfulness meditation may improve well-being among employees; however, effects of digital programs are poorly understood. Abstract Which reference information do nurses select to evaluate pay and does their employment arrangement matter? To answer these questions, we investigated the role of three types (perceived responsibility, social appreciation from colleagues patients) in unfairness evaluations Swiss temporary staff nurses.
