Objectives: To obtain dynamic spatial-temporal accessibility measurements of travel times by car to haemodialysis services and assess potential benefits adding new services.Design: Cross-sectional analyses accessibility, accounting for traffic congestion. A web-based platform integrating public census health datasets, with travel-time big data from Google Distance Matrix API Traffic Analysis Zones, supported these analyses. Predictive prescriptive analytics were used identify optimal locations estimate improvements.Setting participants: Cali, Colombia (2020 population: 2.258 million) using geographic disaggregated sociodemographic the adjusted 2018 Colombian census. Predicted obtained 6–12 July 2020 23–29 November 2020. This study is part a proof-of-concept measuring services.Primary secondary outcomes: Percentage residents within 20 minutes service at peak free-flow Locations where maximise estimated improvements. Findings characteristics, providing an equity perspective. Results: Accessibility was lower in July, when COVID-19 pandemic-related restrictions not effect. congestion sharply reduces hurts more people educational attainment, low-income housing outlying neighbourhoods, specific ethnic groups. For 96.3% 42.7% traffic; 10.2% lowest-income stratum. Adding eastern district Agua Blanca would increase 81.4% hours; another southern Cali could raise 90.5%. better. Conclusions: Providing greatly improve overall reduce inequities. justifies informing land-use planning measures.

Objective: This study aims to evaluate the effect of education given hemodialysis personnel on noise and management in unit level exposure patients. Another aim is determine whether patients are affected by unit. Material Method: quasi-experimental was conducted at two dialysis centers Turkey between January May 2022, with 101 (80%) 50 employees (90%). Noise measurements were made before weeks after control staff. Results: In study, face-to-face education, 62% stated that noisy environment sometimes distracted them, 92% had not participated an noise, 82% wanted receive this subject. After it observed decreased all days hours. The average for a total five statistically significantly compared pre-education period (p

ABSTRACT Objective This analysis examined if financial hardship was associated with age-related decrements in kidney function using a material-psychosocial-behavioral framework. We also tested this association mediated by comorbidity of cardiometabolic risk factors (obesity, elevated blood pressure, and insulin resistance). Methods Data from 1361 non-Hispanic Black White adults (ages 26–94 years; = 258) were obtained the Wave 3 Refresher phases Midlife United States project. Kidney based on serum creatinine–based estimated glomerular filtration rate (eGFR; Chronic Disease Epidemiology Collaboration formula without race adjustment). Financial evaluated three domains: material (income to poverty line ratio, health insurance coverage, public/government assistance), psychological (perceived status, control over perceived strains), behavioral responses (financial adjustment/coping such as sold possessions cutting back spending). Results More severe (overall score each domain) eGFR, even after adjusting for sociodemographic, education, health-related covariates. The between eGFR conditional sex but not race. Finally, eGFR. Conclusions These findings affirm negative effects renal clearance. In addition incorporating traditionally used indicators SES, education income, future research social hallmarks aging should consider role process diseases.
