The article proposes a concept of organizing access to the guaranteed resource 5 G cluster information environment, structured in form hierarchy logical network segments. This framework presents an interrupt control scheme that exhibits survivability characteristics important mission-critical applications. Analytically, author's is represented by irreversible Markov process, for which system equilibrium equations and stationary probabilities are defined. Based on latter, qualitative metric was formulated, included such indicators as average number requests accepted service cluster, probability losing incoming request, volume units used cluster. For single input data characterizes real NS comparison known competing schemes terms formulated metrics implemented. obtained results showed prevails over competitor range low loads. Note this range, advantage significantly increases with increase segments into environment divided.
