Background/Aims The quality of nurses' work is integral to the success healthcare systems. This study aimed examine relationship between distress experienced by at work, in United Arab Emirates. Methods An online, cross-sectional, descriptive, correlational was conducted from August–December 2022. Work assessed using Utrecht Engagement Scale, while stress, anxiety depression were measured Depression Anxiety Stress Scales. Data analysis involved descriptive statistics, independent t-tests, one-way variance, Pearson correlation, Cronbach's alpha multiple regression analysis, all performed IBM SPSS version 27. Results recruited a total 316 nurses. mean score 15.17±2.89 (moderately satisfied) 4.67±1.03 (highly engaged). A significant positive correlation found Prevalence rates for anxiety, insomnia 11%, 35.5%, 31.6% 49.4% respectively. Both negatively correlated with insomnia. model explained 57.2% variance 54.0% variance. Background/Objectives: Shift work is prevalent among nurses, often leading to adverse psychological effects, such as fatigue, depression, anxiety, and stress. Understanding how shift contributes health disorders can help healthcare organizations identify critical areas where support should be offered. This study aimed determine the relationships between work, disorders, job security nurses in Saudi Arabia. Methods: cross-sectional included 163 recruited via convenience sampling. The participants completed an online questionnaire that assessed demographic variables, security. data were analyzed using descriptive statistics well bivariate analyses explore variables. Background: The acute mental health challenges faced by nurses during the COVID-19 pandemic have potential to result in long-lasting psychological impacts. Objective: This study aimed to adapt the COVID-19 Anxiety Syndrome Scale (C-19ASS), used as a reference take measures against anxiety, worry, perceived threats and stressors, into Turkish test its reliability validity on healthcare workers.
