Hippophae rhamnoides L. is a perennial shrub of the Elaegnaceae family, which has significant distribution area (both in cultivation and wild) an annually renewable raw material base (fruits leaves). The leaves sea buckthorn are characterized by high accumulation various groups biologically active substances. However, fraction lipophilic substances this type medicinal plant remains poorly understood terms composition pharmacological properties. aim work was to study phytochemical fractions GC/MS with predictive silico assessment promising types activity identified compounds for subsequent targeted development herbal preparations based on certain spectrum action. object three phenological phases life collected territory Voronezh region dried air-shadow method residual moisture content not more than 10% 2022. On chromatograms harvested different phenophases development, presence peaks about 40 observed – 20 each removed from I III; 16 II blanks, 14 were 7, 8, 10 I, II, III, respectively. The greatest number group sugars, sterols, aliphatic alicyclic alcohols typical phase III technical maturity fruit, due these process life. already first harvesting can be considered as potential source vitamins sterols their accumulation. results position phytosterols (betulin γ-sitosterol) target third harvest large probability hypolipidemic, hypocholesterolemic hepatoprotective activities. At same time, maximum during period fruits, main pharmacopoeial valuable plant, contributes possibility waste-free rational use resources.

The literature review examines the problem of obesity in modern society. It has been shown that aggravates concomitant diseases, increases probability developing metabolic disorders and related pathologies, risk complications mortality. secretory function adipose tissue, its participation regulation biological processes is considered detail. concept carbonyl stress components revealed, role compounds body described, pathways leading to formation reaction products are shown, free radicals these noted. mechanisms pathogenesis associated with development discussed; greatest contribution car bonyl pathology made by two types processes: lipid peroxidation reactions resulting lipoperoxidation activated hyperglycemia (glycolysis, polyol hexоzamine pathways) glyoxal, methylglyoxal, active forms glucose. question advanced glycation end (AGEs) oxidation protein (AOРР) remains controversial. assumed AGEs AOРР levels depend on severity syndrome.

BACKGROUND: The search for new pharmaceutical preparations that positively influence the morphofunctional state of liver while simultaneously exerting beneficial effects on carbohydrate and lipid metabolism is a relevant pressing task. AIM: Investigation effect novel thienopyridine derivative structure rats with diet-induced obesity. MATERIAL AND METHODS: Using in silico research via online services, code AZ-020 was selected as promising its potential condition, carbohydrate, metabolism. In vivo studies were conducted Wistar divided into five groups eight animals each: an intact group (standard housing conditions), control (animals receiving excessive amount palm oil at 30 g/kg 8 weeks), two comparison high-fat diet metformin 300 mg/kg 2 weeks (first group) or vildagliptin (second group)), experimental 1 weeks). structural condition morphometric parameters (number hepatocytes, count binucleated hepatocytes field view, hepatocyte size, area cytoplasm nuclei, nuclear-to-cytoplasmic ratio) studied using morphological methods. For statistical evaluation, fourfold table method used, determining criteria χ2 (Pearson), normalized Pearson, Pearson Yates’ correction, Fisher’s exact test. Morphometric data, considering their normal distribution, analyzed parametric statistics Student’s t-test. RESULTS: use histoarchitecture following disruption due to prolonged dietary load, positive trend changes key confirmed compared values group. application revealed statistically significant (1.7-fold 66%) increase number primary indicator regeneration. Pharmacological correction led normalization ratio, which decreased by 16% corresponding parameter rats. compound AZ-020, recorded 76.04±0.35 µm² (compared 75.54±0.31 control, p=0.0186), nuclei 11.13±0.24 13.9±0.3 p=0.000), average size 87.17±0.59 89.44±0.61 p=0.000). CONCLUSION: A from series cyanothioacetamide derivatives, laboratory demonstrates hepatoprotective models metabolic disorders injury.

Anemia is the most common health problem, especially among women. Iron deficiency affects approximately 4 billion people on planet (more than 60% of world’s population), and iron-deficiency anemia diagnosed in almost 2 people. Regardless age, causes decreased hemoglobin are iron folate deficiency. The systemic effects any etiology can lead to a significant deterioration quality life patients. each condition may differ at different periods woman’s life, but for women reproductive significance clinical consequences greatest, since adverse not only affect their body, also pregnancy outcomes newborns. one comorbidities obese patients, which allows us distinguish special phenotype («iron deficiency») obesity. There convincing evidence pathogenetic link between presence inflammation associated with In order prevent correct conditions treatment regimens using iron, folic acid, B12 or combinations have been developed introduced into practice.

To analyze the effect of program for correction grade I abdominal obesity in middle-aged premenopausal women on structural functional changes myocardium lipid composition peripheral blood. Materials methods. Anthropometric indicators, echocardiography examination, blood females diagnosed with control (n=25) main groups at age 42±1.5 years were analyzed. The data obtained during patient’s first visit after 6 months follow-up to track body weight due aerobic exercise. Results. integrated approach reducing normalizing pressure using exercise showed positive changes: decrease end-diastolic size left ventricle by 4.8%, ventricular mass index 5.4%, an increase ejection fraction 7.8%, normalization profile. Conclusions. Changes anthropometric parameters, disturbances profile, abnormal heart diastolic function are observed obese women. Rehabilitation wellness programs play crucial role organizing implementing treatment system. A significant improvement profile was who received comprehensive treating obesity.

Adipose tissue is an endocrine organ which produces a large number of secretory bioactive substances also known as adipocytokines affecting directly insulin resistance (IR), glucose and lipid metabolism, angiogenesis inflammation. The studies show close connection between the imbalance formed result excessive deposit adipose in course development type 2 diabetes mellitus cardiovascular diseases. In present review, we summarize current data on effect liver, skeletal muscles, tissue, endothelial cells inflammatory processes, well attempt to define term «adipocytokines» classify according their influence metabolic processes pro-inflammatory status. Some (adiponectin, omentin, leptin, resistin, tumor necrosis factor-α interleukin-6) are divided into two groups: reducing IR, increasing IR.
