This research aims to analyze the role and contributions of students’ English Education Department Universitas Muhammadiyah Sidrap in Teaching Assistance Program at SMAN 2 as part Kompetisi Kampus Merdeka (PKKM). The plays a crucial supporting academic development. study explore perceptions effectiveness enhancing their learning experience, performance, engagement. A mixed-methods approach was adopted, utilizing surveys in-depth interviews with students Sidrap. Data from survey analyzed by using descriptive statistics analyses see perception toward teaching assistance program. data interview used interactive model analysis, there are three concurrent verification flow activity mode reduction, display, conclusion drawing verification. findings reveal that perceive an essential support system improves understanding course material, facilitates personalized learning, promotes collaborative environments. also show student involvement various aspects education, including guiding extracurricular activities where facilitating character not only supported classroom but participated improved discipline However, challenges related ability competence were identified. concludes recommendations optimize better address school needs.

Human resources are crucial and strategic in bringing expertise, knowledge, creativity through innovation to improve the performance of educational organizations. Teachers, as potential assets, require efforts continuously their education, skills, discipline, mental attitude. This study aims analyze human resource management strategies practices that can encourage teacher madrasah. The method used this research is descriptive qualitative, which researchers try interpret understand events context experienced by madrasah community. qualitative involves collection use observations from various related case studies. results showed (HR) has made a very significant contribution encouraging Different aspects, such inspiring creativity, facilitating collaboration, supporting continuous learning improvement, show HR plays role creating work environment supports development new ideas implementation innovative solutions.
