Towards a New Artificial Intelligence-based Framework for Teachers’ Online Continuous Professional Development Programs: Systematic Review

has
witnessed
rapid
growth,
affecting
diverse
sectors,
including
education.
this
systematic
review
of
literature,
we
aimed
to
analyze
studies
concerning
integration
AI
in
continuous
professional
development
(CPD)
teachers
order
generate
a
global
vision
on
its
potential
enhance
quality
CPD
programs
international
level,
and
provide
recommendations
for
application
Moroccan
context.
To
achieve
our
objective,
conducted
research
that
involves
indexed
databases
(Scopus,
Web
Science,
Eric)
published
between
2019
2023
using
PICO
framework
formulate
search
query
PRISMA
(Preferred
Reporting
Items
Systematic
Reviews
Meta-Analyses)
select
25
relevant
based
include
exclude
criteria
like
publishing
year,
type
documents,
mode,
subject
area,
language,
other
criteria.
The
results
reveal
positive
impact
by
offering
beneficial
intelligent
tools
can
tailor
adaptive
training
meet
teachers'
specific
needs,
preferences,
proficiency
levels.
Furthermore,
findings
identify
importance
integrating
as
core
topic
within
literacy,
enabling
them
effectively
navigate
utilize
AI-based
their
educational
environment.
This
is
important
preparing
engage
with
technological
advances
shaping
system.

implementation

Abstract
The
purpose
of
this
study
is
to
investigate
the
main
issues
related

development
historical
subcorpus
National
Corpus
Kazakh
Language.
Through

for

periods,

nineteenth
centuries,

fifteenth
sixteenth
centuries.

more
information
about

narrative
review
explores
the
role
of
Professional
Learning
Communities
(PLCs)
in
enhancing
teacher
competencies
across
various
educational
settings.
The
study
aims
to
synthesize
empirical
evidence
on
effectiveness
PLCs
promoting
professional
development
and
improving
instructional
practices.
Literature
was
collected
from
databases
such
as
Scopus,
ERIC,
Google
Scholar
using
keywords
including
"Professional
Community,"
"teacher
competency
development,"
"collaborative
learning."
Articles
published
within
last
ten
years
were
reviewed,
with
inclusion
criteria
focused
peer-reviewed
studies
addressing
PLC
contexts.
Findings
indicate
that
significantly
improve
reflective
teaching,
collaborative
lesson
planning,
formative
assessment
Teachers
engaged
report
higher
confidence
demonstrate
more
adaptive
student-centered
pedagogies.
Institutional
support,
leadership,
policy
alignment
emerge
critical
enablers
success.
However,
systemic
challenges—including
funding
constraints,
inconsistent
policies,
insufficient
training—limit
their
effectiveness,
especially
low-resource
discussion
highlights
evidence-based
strategies
integrating
