Abstract Circular RNA (circRNA), a subtype of noncoding RNA, has emerged as significant focus in research due to its distinctive covalently closed loop structure. CircRNAs play pivotal roles diverse physiological and pathological processes, functioning through mechanisms such miRNAs or proteins sponging, regulation splicing gene expression, serving translation templates, particularly the context various cancers. The hallmarks cancer comprise functional capabilities acquired during carcinogenesis tumor progression, providing conceptual framework that elucidates nature malignant transformation. Although numerous studies have elucidated role circRNAs cancers, their functions development chemoradiotherapy resistance remain unexplored clinical applications circRNA‐based translational therapeutics are still infancy. This review provides comprehensive overview circRNAs, covering biogenesis, unique characteristics, functions, turnover mechanisms. We also summarize involvement relevance biomarkers therapeutic targets, especially thyroid (TC). Considering potential fascination therapeutics, “Ying‐Yang” dynamic regulations TC warrant vastly dedicated investigations.

Glioblastoma remains one of the most aggressive cancers brain, warranting new methods for early diagnosis and more efficient treatment options. Circular RNAs (circRNAs) are rather entities with increased stability compared to their linear counterparts that interact proteins act as microRNA sponges, among other functions. Herein, we provide a critical overview recently described glioblastoma-related circRNAs in literature, focusing on roles glioblastoma cancer cell proliferation, survival, migration, invasion metastasis, metabolic reprogramming, therapeutic resistance. The main regulating processes due regulatory essential oncogenic pathways, including MAPK, PI3K/AKT/mTOR, Wnt, which influenced by various circRNAs. present work pictures wide implication glioblastoma, thus highlighting potential future biomarkers targets/agents.

Lung cancer has a notably high incidence and mortality rate, understanding its occurrence development is crucial for effective treatment. Circular RNA closely associated with tumor progression, playing role in tumorigenesis by regulating gene expression influencing cell proliferation apoptosis. This study aims to explore the circFOXK2 NSCLC elucidate underlying mechanisms. qRT-PCR Western Blot analyzed expressions of circFOXK2, STMN1, PABPCA lines, as well their relationships. The roles STMN1 proliferation, invasion, migration cells were assessed through CCK8, EDU, Transwell experiments. pulldown assays mass spectrometry elucidated RNA-binding proteins circFOXK2. Subcutaneous tail vein lung metastasis experiments impact on growth vivo. In this study, we identified which significantly overexpressed NSCLC, bioinformatics screening.
