Purpose: To investigate the clinical effects and safety of ginkgo biloba diterpene lactone glucosamine injection, combined with dual antibiotic therapy for acute ischemic stroke in elderly individuals within a hyper thrombolytic time window. Methods: 100 patients at Changsha First Hospital, Changsha, China from March 2022 to 2023 were randomly equally assigned study control groups (50 each). Study group received aspirin clopidogrel, while injection along antibodies. Clinical efficacy, National Institutes Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) score, Instrumental Activities Daily Living (IADL) cerebral hemodynamics, compared between two groups. Results: There was no significant difference effective rate (p > 0.05). However, following treatment, showed superior NIHSS IADL scores group, greater statistical significance as disease progressed. Doppler ultrasound revealed that had smaller Pulsatility index (PI) values larger mean artery blood flow velocity (Vm), systolic value (Vs) < In three adverse reactions reported (gastrointestinal discomfort, abnormal liver/kidney function, skin itching), whereas experienced five dizziness, itching). Conclusion: The combination Ginkgo antibodies super window enhances intracerebral levels, effectively promotes neurological recovery, improves daily living abilities, safety. Further research is needed elucidate exact pathways involved.
