Abstract
Goal‐directed

Abstract
Habit
formation
is
a
process
in
which
an
action
becomes
involuntary.
While
goal-directed
behavior
driven
by
its
consequences,
habits
are
elicited

rather
than
consequences.
Existing
theories
have
proposed
that
