Bonsai is a kind of classical art in China and Japan. The traditional method bonsai shaping miniature trees technical usually requires experienced horticulturists to successfully carry out the process. In order let ordinary people feel fun shaping, this paper proposes fast method, i.e., by use plastic guiding mold with customized shape, which processed fused deposition 3D printing technology. tree seedling bundled onto mold, shape guides growth seedling, thus achieving purpose shaping. further improve bending properties investigated main parameters ABS filament. results showed that decrease speed, increase extrusion temperature, hot bed strength elastic modulus specimens increased, was enhanced; optimal speed 50 mm/s, temperature 230 °C, 80 °C. mechanical manufactured based on process were better, print quality higher, it had high practical value.

Reverse design and additive manufacturing technologies are fast ways to develop customised products. In this study, furniture protective foot covers were taken as the object. Using flexible filaments of polylactic acid (PLA) development process reverse manufacturing, designed manufactured fit shape chair feet. Furniture have high practical value. They a certain buffering effect, avoiding damage caused by collision feet with ground when moving furniture; secondly, they reduce noise generated ground, creating quiet comfortable home environment. The elaboration likelihood model (ELM) and regression analysis were used to investigate the impact of furniture brands’ communication strategies on consumer behavior through short video platforms. work examined a set representative videos, analyzing how key features—such as content theme, duration (16-60 seconds), graphics, subtitles, background music, title style—affected effectiveness. ELM uncovered correlation between these characteristics Communication Effect Index (DCI), with statistical significance confirmed by regression. Findings indicated that live broadcasts, graphical presentations, subtitles/topics, upbeat exclamatory titles significantly enhanced efficiency. Limitations, including time-period sampling bias, sample size, item duplication in application, also considered. Based findings, research offers optimization suggestions future directions for enterprises leveraging marketing.
