Fenomena
rendahnya

perguruan

menyebabkan
kekurangan
figur
guru
bagi
anak
usia
dini.
Penelitian
merupakan
penelitian
kualitatif
untuk
mengekplorasi
persepsi
calon
dan
minoritas
gender
Ada
enam
subyek
yang
terdiri
dari
2
laki-laki,
4
area
Kudus.
Peneliti
menggunakan
in-depth
interview
didukung
dengan
Focus
Group
Discussion
(FGD).
Partisipan
memilih
bidang
karena
motivasi
intrinsik
ekstrinsik.
Persepsi
partisipan
terkait
keterlibatan
positif
meskipun
ada
berbagai
tantangan.
Stereotipe
membuat
pihak
eksternal
masih
memandang
negatif
program
studi
atau
bekerja
namun
dukungan.
Semua
yakin
berkarir
tindak
lanjut
diperlukan
mengikis
stereotipe
termasuk
pemenuhan
kesejahteraan
guru.

Penelitian
berangkat

masyarakat.
Selain
itu
peran
memiliki
andil
besar
karena
dapat
menjadi
motivasi
bagi
siswa
bahwa
tidak
mempengaruhi
kemaskulinan
seorang
jika
dilakukan
profesional
sesuai
tempatnya.
